Commercial facilities, including 1st and 2nd generation TI spaces including:
- 4,600 sf of auto repair/service area/restroom/office at Specialty Auto in Fresno, CA
- 30,000 sf of sales/service for Cummins Pacific in Fresno, CA
- 44,000 sf expansion of butter processing facility and lighting retrofit at CDI, Visalia, CA
- 110,000 sf warehouse and 8,000 sf of TI for office within warehouse, Sacramento CA
Manufacturing: Designed systems for research and development facilities, manufacturing and assembly plants, warehousing and automated distribution facilities including:
- AMPAC Fine Chemicals, manufacturing and office buildings (various sf.)
- Light Soda on Tap (3,700 sf in existing 29,300 commercial warehouse)
Office and Retail facilities including:
- 1,100 sf 2nd generation TI for dry bar salon at Amiri Salon, Galleria at Roseville, CA
- 2,700 sf 1st generation TI office space in Centerpointe at Laguna, CA
- Mulitple Armed Force Recruiting offices throughout California ranging from 800 sf to 3,600 sf of 1st and 2nd generation TI
Restaurants/Winery and Event Centers -- Coordinated with architects and kitchen designers including the following:
- 3,000 sf TI restaurant/dining room remodel and exterior lighting upgrades at 49er Travel Plaza, West Sacramento, CA
- 2,200 sf TI for Butterfish restaurant, Fresno, CA
- 2,700 sf of TI for restaurant and brewery at Three Mile Brewing Company, Davis, CA
- 2.500 sf of new construction event hall that includes kitchen and restrooms and 1,500 of attached covered patio for Taber Ranch Vineyard and Event Center
- 1,400 sf new construction lighting design/control for Starfield Lake Pavilion, Placerville, CA
Education:
- 1,900 sf of TI conditioned space for National Holistic Institute, Redding, CA
